CK-12
CK-12 offers Interactive Geometry and Basic Geometry Concepts. Both courses use online textbooks with embedded videos. Interactive Geometry includes a variety of interactive activities and adaptive practice questions in every lesson. Basic Geometry Concepts moves at a slower pace and relies more on visuals to explain concepts. Each of its lessons ends with review questions.
Easy Peasy All-in-One High School C
This Geometry course has 180 daily lessons that pull together materials from MathBitsNotebook, Khan Academy, LibreTexts, Kuta Software worksheets, and other sites. Students learn through textbooks, videos, practice problems, investigations, and online interactives. The course also includes a midterm and a final exam. The online course is free, but you can purchase an offline workbook and answer key.
Flipped Math
Each lesson in this Geometry course includes a video and a printable practice packet with solutions. If the student struggles with a concept, an additional corrective assignment provides more practice on that skill. Lessons and printables are free, but assessments must be purchased if you choose to use them.
Georgia Virtual Learning
The Georgia Department of Education provides free public versions of its online high school courses, including Geometry: Concepts and Connections. The lessons are presented in an online textbook format and include examples, videos, interactive activities, and practice problems. Assessments are not included.
Illustrative Mathematics
Illustrative Mathematics offers a problem-based Geometry course. Each lesson includes a warm-up, problem-solving activities, a lesson summary, and practice problems. The site also offers Integrated Math 1 – 3, which combines algebra, geometry, and statistics over three years as an alternative to the traditional math sequence. With a free educator account (which requires a photo ID), parents can access printable materials, answer keys, and tests. When signing up, homeschoolers can select “other” as their school district.
Khan Academy
Khan Academy’s High School Geometry course includes video lessons, practice problems, quizzes, and unit tests. Parents can create an account to track their child’s progress. There is also a Basic Geometry and Measurement course for students who need review before starting a high school-level geometry course. Additionally, the site offers Integrated Math 1 – 3, which combines algebra, geometry, and statistics over three years as an alternative to the traditional math sequence.
Math is Fun
This High School Geometry guide lists the skills students need to learn in a geometry course, organized by topic. Each skill links to explanations on the site, along with interactive activities, step-by-step constructions, and a few practice pages. The site explains that the list is only a guide and encourages additional exercises and book work, so parents will likely need to add another resource for regular practice.
Saylor University
Saylor University is a nonprofit initiative that offers courses to professionals and college students, but high school students can also take them. This self-paced Real World Math: Geometry course connects geometry to everyday life. The course includes online texts, videos, practice problems, and quizzes. Students who pass the final exam receive a certificate of completion.
School Yourself
This organization’s Geometry course uses interactive video lessons. Students answer questions as they go, and the lessons provide extra help or let them skip ahead based on their answers. With a free account, students also get personalized quizzes, review plans, and suggestions for what to study next.
